In these 1-2-1 sessions you will learn how to design your life for peace as per the eight-fold path of yoga, or the path to stillness.
It is a complete course in happiness. You will gain total clarity on who you truly are, why we suffer and exactly how to live free from suffering.
You will learn how to meditate properly & effectively based on your personal belief system.
The core program is 6 x 90 minute sessions that are spread over a timeframe convenient to you.
